Come join us on first and third Thursday evenings at Birch Tree Recovery for a community drum circle. This event requires no preexisting experience! You will learn as you go. No mistakes are possible! It will be an opportunity to build community, learn new skills, and be present in your body as stress just melts away amidst the fun and joy of the circle.

Join us at Shanti's Tower Grove location as we take a deep dive into the world of Yogic Philosophy through the use of lecture, kirtan and mantra. We will discuss the meaning and significance of ancient Sanskrit mantras. Dissect language, main historical points, pivotal mythologies, and other background information surrounding Hindu gods and deities.
During each session, we will chant 5-7 mantras, infusing the space with sacred vibrations and inviting profound energetic shifts. Join us on this spiritual journey as we honor the divine energies within and without, connecting with ancient wisdom to illuminate our paths towards greater understanding and growth.
